The Revive Reuse Shop

Revive recycles second hand goods to paying customers. It is based at the Richmond Resource Recovery Park, on Beach Road. The project develops small business skills and internet trading opportunities. 

In 2004, 1800 m2 of reusable items were diverted from the refuse dump and waste stream. The project also provides work training for disadvantaged worker. Recent income generating projects are internet trading, closed auctions and regular raffles. Goods are usually general household items, such as furniture, electrical and computer hardware, etc.

Revive Employment

Revive provides sustainable employment for two people and short term employment for one other. The program offers work experience for people with special needs, referral from the youth court and community service.
